The Volvo Dun Laoghaire regatta took place over the last 4 days with 16 Mermaids competing for both the 2019 Dublin Bay Mermaid Leinster Champion title as well as the Volvo class title. Congratulations to all who took part and made it such enjoyable and close racing. It was a fantastic event all round and was well represented by the Mermaid fleet.
Well done to overall winner Vincent Mc Cormack helming 188, Innocence with his crew Luke Mc Cormack, Paul Pouplard (Thurs, Fri) and Oisin Finucane (sat, sun).

Unfortunately due to the mayhem of the official prize-giving at the event no official picture of our Mermaid winners was taken so we had to improvise and take our own! Looking forward to Skerries regatta this upcoming weekend and hope to see you all there!
